I jumped on the "One Little Word" band wagon last year and found it to be a great concept. It's amazing how one little word has the power to stay in your head and keep you focused on what you want to accomplish. I decided this year to go one step further so I cut my word out of vinyl and placed it on my bathroom wall to serve as a daily reminder.

As you can see I chose the word "Reclaim" this year. It looks great in my bathroom don't you think? I couldn't resist pairing it with a couple more words.
